We're thrilled that Cole Arthur Riley will be our guest speaker at our online wholehearted event in January!

Cole is a young poet, writer, and storyteller. Her debut book is This Here Flesh: Spirituality, Liberation, and the Stories that Make Us. She's also the curator of the Centre for Dignity and Contemplation and the creator of Black Liturgies.

Cole will be speaking about prayer, contemplation, and spiritual practice that is embodied, open to wonder and lament, and integrated with justice. Join us if you're someone drawn to a deeper life of prayer or a deeper life of justice — and we'll learn together how to hold them together in a deeper whole life, as persons, churches, and communities.

Book for the event - click on check availability, and 13 January will come up.

    • the power and hope of worldwide church relationships in a fragmented world, and
    • how our churches, shaped by migration and movement, are already globally diverse and multicultural spaces
    • how our churches are strengthened as their many strands are woven together

There will be opportunities to try out some creative activities and a reflective walk to the cave of St Molaise and the Tibetan Buddhist deities carved into the rocks.
