All are welcome to join us for worship. Our public worship takes many forms, but most services will include hymns, prayers and preaching.
Worship may be led by a presbyter (ordained minister), a local preacher (an authorised lay preacher), a deacon, or a worship leader.
The Sacrament of Holy Communion is offered at advertised times, but not normally every week. It is conducted by a presbyter, and will usually follow a printed liturgy made available to the congregation.
Some churches offer alternative forms of worship, such as Café Services, where worship is more informal, and is accompanied by refreshments.
The annual Covenant Service is special to Methodism, and involves the renewal of our covenant with God.
