Safeguarding Clinic

Regional Safeguarding Clinic

What does the Church look like now, against the backdrop of the pandemic we have experienced? What issues and needs do we see as we emerge into what could be challenging times where digital ministry has become more prevalent? How does the lens of safeguarding help us to respond well?

The day to day challenges of mission and ministry and the changing face of church may pose many questions for you in your role – however that involves safeguarding. We welcome your participation and questions as we gather to share insights and reflect together on different aspects of our work. Each clinic has a particular focus on the role of safeguarding in a variety of ministry areas. Please come and join the conversations.

These events are led by the Safeguarding Advisory Group, including Euan Morrison, District Safeguarding Officer for the Districts of Scotland and Shetland.
