Take Time offers meditations and TakeTime Together courses, with an approach based on Ignatian Spirituality. Rev Clive McKie has piloted these course in prisons and other contexts with profound results.
This special training day will offer an opportunity for those contemplating leadership of TakeTime Together courses in their church or group to learn about the background, sample a course, and learn how to take them; since leadership is best shared, it would be good if you were accompanied by a potential co-leader.
To book a place please contact Fiona at the District Office. Lunch will also be provided so please let Fiona know if you have any specific dietary requirements.
The President of the Methodist Conference, Loraine Mellor, and the Vice President, Jill Baker, will be based in Strathclyde and Paisley for their visit to the Scotland district this year. They will visit churches in the area during the two days they are with us in the district.
